Orders and payments

When placing an order through the website ayourveda.it , you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or as indicated on the website, through our secure payment gateway. Payment is made via bank transfer or Paypal. When we receive the order, we will send the customer a pro forma invoice, and when the order is 100% confirmed and payment is received, we will send the customer the final invoice before the products are shipped.To place an order, select the products you wish to purchase on the Website and add them to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart." Once you are ready to checkout, click "Cart" at the top right of the screen, which will display all the Products you have selected for purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items in your cart correspond to the correct style, color, and size before proceeding. When you are ready to proceed with your order, click "Checkout." The "Payment Method" page will appear. After choosing your preferred payment method, follow the instructions and fill out the required information. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. You will then receive an email confirming the successful completion of your order (the "Order Confirmation Email"). If you choose bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation email containing our bank details and your order number. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We also recommend that you save your order confirmation email to facilitate any contact with customer service or for future reference.Once an order has been placed, the shipping address used for the order cannot be changed. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Please note that items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until the checkout process has been completed and an order confirmation email has been issued. In any event, your order shall be deemed accepted and the corresponding sales contract shall become effective only upon receipt of a subsequent email expressly confirming ayourveda.it acceptance of the order. Such email (the “Shipping Confirmation Email”) will include, among other details, the estimated shipping times, the essential characteristics of the purchased products, as well as applicable delivery costs and information. We recommend that you retain the order confirmation email for your records, as it may be required for customer service inquiries or future reference. The order confirmation email also constitutes proof of purchase. By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all other applicable policies published on the Website.If you wish to cancel an order that has already been placed, such cancellation must be requested prior to the issuance of our Shipping Confirmation Email. All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the products ordered, we will inform you as promptly as possible. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, any payments received will be refunded without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we notify you of the cancellation.If your order is missing shipping details (such as an incorrect address, phone number, or other information required for shipping) and you do not provide the missing information within 20 working days (twenty) days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.

Right to cancel/refuse an order

ayourveda.it reserves the right to decline any order you place. In such case, ayourveda.it will notify you via email of the cancellation. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer account or with the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Prices and payment details

Prices are displayed in euros, and payment details are specified on the website. Payment can be made by bank transfer and/or as further described in the store. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT and exclusive of customs duties and other taxes, such as import taxes and government fees, which will be your responsibility.

Product availability, inaccuracies and errors

Products on our online marketplace through ayourveda.it are subject to change without notice. Any errors will be corrected as soon as they are discovered. Our Site contains a large number of products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. Product availability may have changed shortly before you place your order, or other errors may appear on the product page. We typically verify prices, availability, and confirm that there are no errors on the product page as part of our shipping procedures. We are under no obligation to provide you with the product at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.

Shipping and delivery

ayourveda.it offers a wide range of products, and shipping times may vary depending on the specific product category. Detailed and up-to-date information regarding shipping times is provided on the Website for each product. Any shipping delays due to carrier issues and/or exceptional or specific conditions related to the specific destination country are not our responsibility. Some delays may occur during national holidays. In the event of strikes, difficulties, or other events due to extraordinary general or local conditions that affect product delivery, we will be authorized to postpone or cancel deliveries. Shipments within the European Union take approximately 2-3 business days from the date of shipment; shipments to the rest of the world take approximately 4-5 business days from the date of shipment. You may be required to sign for delivery. Before signing, you must inspect the package to ensure there are no obvious tampering marks. If you receive an empty package but sign the delivery receipt and do not immediately report the matter to the carrier, we are not responsible for any refund or replacement. You must keep the receipt of the delivered product in case you have any future needs with us regarding this matter.

Return policy

All products are inspected prior to shipment. In the event of any defects, faults, or lack of conformity, the buyer shall be entitled to notify ayourveda.it of such non-conformity, provided that notice is given in writing by email to info@ayourveda.it within eight (8) days from the date of delivery of the goods, in accordance with applicable EU regulations governing business-to-business transactions. The notification must include a detailed description of the alleged defect, references to the relevant product(s) as indicated on the invoice, and appropriate photographic evidence clearly showing the non-conformity. Upon proper and timely notification, the buyer may request, subject to ayourveda.it’s verification of the defect, one of the following remedies: (i) a refund of the defective goods, (ii) the replacement of the goods or the purchase of alternative products, or (iii) the retention of the defective goods subject to a price reduction to be mutually agreed upon. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the return of defective goods shall be made at the buyer’s expense. ayourveda.it reserves the right to inspect and verify the alleged defect upon receipt of the returned goods. Should the inspection reveal that the goods are not defective or that the non-conformity does not exist,ayourveda.it reserves the right to reject the claim and to charge the buyer for all costs incurred in connection with the return, including shipping and handling expenses.

Force majeure

The Merchant shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its contractual obligations arising from the sale of products purchased on ayourveda.it where such failure or delay results from events beyond the Merchant’s reasonable control, including force majeure events or acts of third parties outside the Merchant’s control.Force majeure events shall include, without limitation: changes in laws or regulations, fires, storms, floods, strikes (whether internal or external to the Merchant), illness, power outages, voltage fluctuations or electrical surges, failures of cooling systems or IT infrastructure, interruptions or delays in electronic communications networks, cyberattacks, viruses, hacking incidents, and any other unforeseeable events beyond the Merchant’s reasonable control.
